    Very dissapointing and dissatisfying

    The location is good

    Unfortunately, we cannot leave a positive review. My daughter and I arrived at the apartment at 4:50 PM on the day of check-in, but the lockbox was empty and the door was locked. Despite making several calls, we had to wait a long time before reaching someone. We were then informed that the cleaner had mistakenly left the key inside the apartment and that it would be delivered by Uber from Lisbon to Cascais, 45 minutes away. We were ultimately left waiting for two hours in the stairwell, without access to a toilet, food, or the apartment. This caused significant stress and seriously disrupted the beginning of our stay. Once we finally entered (19:40), the apartment had an overwhelming smell of mold and sewage. The odor remained even after we opened the windows. We were extremely exhausted and so we stayed for one night, but, we did not feel that the apartment was suitable or healthy for the remainder of our stay, so we had to book another hotel for the remaining three nights which cost us another 300 Euros. We reported both the missing key and the severe odor to the property, but the response was inadequate and we received no refund or compensation so far. As a result, we lost over 500 Euros on this accommodation and were extremely disappointed with the experience. No, we do not recommend this accommodation.

    Great stay

    Location is 5 star I was worried in spending a few nights in the sofa bed, and I had no issues.

    For 5 nights they could habe ledt more amenities such as toilet paper, dish washer, kitchen paper.

    Cascais es un buen sitio de vacaciones

    La ubicación en la parte histórica de cascais

    Que fuese un bajo. Sensación de poca privacidad.
