    Our stay at Sivota Royal was amazing! We had a very spacious apartment, with a great view of Syvota and the port (we had the chance to watvh a beautiful sunset everyday). The City Center was a 15-20 minute walk downhill from the accommodation. Zavia Beach is also close, 10-15 minutes downhill. It is a small, intimate, rocky beach. Everything was clean and Stefania was very nice to us and helped with everythig we needed. We definitely recommend Sivota Royal!

    A spacious apartment which would improve with some updating.

    The size and cleanliness of the apartment, the location, the view from the balconies, the beaches of the area. The property is also dog friendly.

    The mattresses and some of the pillows are old and uncomfortable and in need of replacement. The kitchen requires a few more utensils such as a large pot in order to cook a meal for a family. It is also important to provide a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector and a first aid kit.

    Exceptional

    It is very quiet, there are no noises from cars, bars, or neighbours. Dimitris and his family are very hospitable and warm people. The rooms are spacious and all have ACs. Although the house is far from most of the beaches, it is located on a hill with magnificent views.

    There are stairs which were challenging for us. A mildly annoying thing was the noise from the three AC units placed under the kids bedroom window but luckily there are window shutters that managed to isolate this noise to some extent. Overall this is the most quiet place we have been while on vacation!
