Beautiful, quite and friendly resort right on the Bitter Lakes
wonderful place, and beautiful beach on the lake where you can swim or sit in peace and have a drink and read a book. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The place was relatively close to Cairo so it would be great for a weekend trip.
There should be more facilities and activities on the lake. The place needs more marketing to attract more people.

A disappointing and outdated resort that was only saved by the exceptional warmth of the team.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and consistently greeted us with genuine smiles throughout our stay. Their polite demeanor and attentive service truly stood out, and I honestly consider them to be the single best part of our experience at the resort.
The dinner options were quite limited and the food quality was disappointing. We understand the reason for having a set menu instead of an open buffet since there were not enough guests to justify it. However, many of the photos advertised for the resort are no longer valid or accurate. Additionally, the resort felt mostly deserted, as we only saw around five or six other guests during our stay, which lacked a lively atmosphere. Overall, the property is in need of a complete renovation, a fresh rebranding, and much better attention to the catering service.
