    I called the stuff and their answered immediately and werw polite and helpful. Size of the room, cleanliness and the facilities.

    A very steep staircase starts right at the entrance; there is no elevator and no one at reception to help with luggage. And they still offer this accommodation as a child friendly!!! I was traveling with my toddler and we received a room on the 3rd!!!! floor!! It took me 10-15 mins to climb up and also to get down, and the stairs is really dangerous for small children....plus, it's in the city center and it can be loud in the evening and also in the morning because of the church bells
