    Easy walk into the town. Private and calm lovation to relax. It is dog friendly with shops close by. Our 3rd year using this property due to it having everything we need

    We left after 2 days and couldn’t get a refund as we couldn’t stand it any more for one night

    We did get a warm welcome from Heather and it is only a 20 min walk to Skegness

    The accommodation was dirty and smelt fusty, there was stains on the carpets the bath mats, dust everywhere and the grill in the oven had greece in it and lots of marks on the walls

    Disappointed

    This place was filthy. There was an unbearable smell, especially in the bathroom, which reeked so badly it was hard to use, and the stench spread throughout the whole place. The bathroom itself was also dirty—see pictures. The shower had very weak water pressure, adding to the frustration. We even found black hair in the bathtub, which was disgusting. The kitchen was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. The blankets and carpets looked like they hadn’t been washed in a long time and really needed a proper clean. Overall, the entire place felt neglected and generally stank. Would not recommend.
