    The hotel’s location was great, and it was clean and well-organized. The quality of everything was good. The kitchen cabinets were fully stocked with all the necessary cooking utensils, which made our stay very convenient. The room had a beautiful view, and its size was good—not too small. The heating system worked well, maintaining a comfortable temperature.

    The staff didn't behave professionally, They don't know English language,It was difficult to communicate with the staff, and they were not flexible. Their attitude was not warm, and they did not make us feel welcome. The staff demanded an additional payment. After we arrived at our room, they came to our door and asked for extra money beyond the amount I had already paid when booking the hotel online. They told us that if we didn’t pay, we would have to leave. Because we had a lot of luggage and moving everything again would have been very difficult, we had no choice but to pay. However, they did not provide any receipt for this payment. The hotel was very disorganized, and the staff did not guide us properly at all.
