Reception of apartment was good, The location was great , rooms are nice
All the time the temperature of the room was from 26 - 30. We can’t sleep no one night in all 6 days because of high temperature.We said in reception they said that will change but nobody changed. And we thought that rooms will be cleanaed every day but no one day it didn’t clean. The service of reception in Crystal ski arena where we have bought the tickets of ropeway and tobogan was verrry bad. They all were sulking to tourists.and don’t understant english normallay.
