    Great location, room, hosts and food - would highly recommend.

    Plenty of different choices for cooked breakfast and great range of lovely home made jams, yogurt, toast, cereals and juices. Room was spacious, clean and supplies were regularly topped up, including lovely Border biscuits. Our room had an amazing view over Derwentwater and the surrounding hills and the front garden with regular visitors of pheasants and partridges.

    Nothing, it was perfect for us.

    Excellent quiet retreat to explore Keswick and the surrounding fells

    What a lovely bed and breakfast with a lovely and friendly host in Debbie. The breakfast was excellent and really filling for those long walks on the fells. The rooms were welcoming, comfy and clean, everything we needed was provided and we really enjoyed our stay.
