    المظيف كان طيب ودود الموقع جيد وجود حديقة منزلية وبعض الألعاب

    الفيلا قديمة تحتاج لصيانة لايوجد بها مصعد صعوبة رفع الشنط وتنزيلها من والى الطابق العلوي ، نسبيأ لم تكن نظيفة بما فيه الكفاية لاحظنا وجود بعض الحشرات وتراكم بعض الغبرة خلف الأثاث
