    I was told the apartment was not quite ready when I had arrived and I paid for an early check in ..after 5 mins it was ready after all. It was clear the person behind the reception desk was not connected directly with the flat. 4pm is very late for a standard check in time.

    There were lots of notices in the flat about thing you should not do as a tenant and not so much on making you feel welcome
