  Közvetlenül az óceánparton, egy sétány mellett található a szállás, az utcán ingyenes parkolási lehetőséggel. Ponta Delgada központja egy laza sétával elérhető /3 km/. Felszereltsége átlagos, alapvető sütés-fözés lehetöséggel.

  Fogas és ruhaszárító nem volt, ez kellene még a szállásra. A teraszpadló lakkozása elkopott, darabokban válik le, ezt behordtuk mindig a szobába.

  Delgada vs s.Roque

  Lokalizacja - super! Możliwość zaparkowania auta - bardzo dobra (fotka) Blisko do promenady. Czystość- doskonała. Zameldowanie i zwolnienie apartamentu - zupełnie bezproblemowe. Obserwacja statków wchodzących do portu - wspaniała! (Fotka: Sagres) Lodowka, mikrofalówka, kuchenka elektryczna (używałam jednego palnika z czterech), piekarnik (nie używałam), ekspres do kawy i bardzo ładnie pachnące mydełko.

  Mimo wielkości apartamentu, wręcz mieszkania, ogromnym minusem byl nieznośny zapach na klatce schodowej. Pierwszym zakupem byl zapach do ustawienia w przedpokoju i lazience (nie włączajcie wentylatora!!!! lepiej zostawiac otwarte drzwi.) Drugim minusem był permanentny hałas w sypialni: kogut od 3 nad ranem, mieszkający po drugiej stronie ulicy, a na ulicy (pod oknem sypialni) całą noc ruch samochodów niczym na Marszałkowskiej w Warszawie, spanie przy zamkniętym oknie wymagało uruchomienia klimatyzacji (fotka) Trzecim...moj syn spał na rozkładanej kanapie w salonie. Przy 180cm wzrostu okazała sie ciut...zbyt krotka. Spal więc w poprzek :) Mnie osobiście brakowało pralki ( przy 10 dniach pobytu przydałaby się)

  Good amenities in the apartment and accessible parking near the apartment.

  View was lovely and close to the main city and marina.

  There was an unpleasant odour in the hallways and apartment and we found 2 roaches in the apartment despite us having the windows and balcony door closed.

  +localization, apartment on the outskirts od Ponta Delgada, but close to the city center +quite new apartment on the 2nd floor with bedroom, mainroom connected with kitchen area, two AC +perfect tiny balcony, with significant ocean view, - the best point of this property! +easy to find parking space on the nearby streets +Inside, everything you need for a couple +coffe machine with a few capsules +sum it up, the best choise I could have made, definatelly I would choose it again

  -the bigest downside was unpleasant smell on the staircase and in the cupbord undr the sink in the kitchen area (on the second day there was improvemnt, but frankly I dont know If the owner did something or it simply just got better). - the water was untasty, we had to buy bottled water for tea and coffee - very small bathroom, but it had bidet -there was street noise in the morning, even with the windows closed (on the front of the building, not on the balcony)
