Amazing stay with an incredible view! The photos are 100% realistic. The huge panoramic window is the absolute highlight — the views of the sea and mountains are simply breathtaking! The apartment is very spacious, beautifully decorated in a traditional style, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need (including all kitchenware — just move in and enjoy). We were also touched by a lovely welcome gift waiting for us in the fridge! The host was super friendly and always ready to help. The location is ideal if you have a car. It’s a strategic base for exploring the island: just 12 minutes to Rhodes Town center and under 9 minutes to the nearest beach. Koskinou village itself is very picturesque with great local restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place. Would love to come back!
The mattress wasn’t very comfortable, and while the towels were clean, they could definitely use an update.

Koskinou Heaven
The Area is nice on the hills of Koskinou, with a great viel to the coastline one can go easily in all direction very fast to Rhodos City or the other direction Faliraki and Beaches up to Lindos or go through the middle of the island to other side
Anyway it was a 4story Family house with no Sound insulation, and some young children and loud TV underneath loud street with motorcycles going very fast and cars, to loud for me everything, its a village!!

В апартаментах было все, что хозяин указывал в объявлении: инвентарь для приготовления пищи, плита, духовка, кофеварка, холодильник, фен, утюг и стиральная машина. Кондиционер прекрасно справлялся со своими задачами и в наших двух комнатах было не жарко. Широкая двуспальная кровать была комфортной, а вот диван в гостиной, где спали дети, был твердый. Хозяйка квартиры очень приветливая и отзывчивая дама, она встретила нас кофе и целым пакетом вкусной местной еды. Это было очень приятно после долгой дороги. Она всегда была на связи и помогала решать те или иные вопросы. Очень хорошим был вид, открывающийся из балкона. Так же мы проводили уютные вечера во дворике с мангальной зоной. Была возможность пользоваться бассейном при отеле у моря, где нас всегда встречали с теплотой и улыбкой.
Не всегда была теплая вода, а с маленькими детьми она очень необходима. После просьбы включить воду, хозяйка включала её по вечерам. Иногда были перебой с wi-fi. Нужно привыкнуть к шуму проезжающего транспорта, так как дом стоит у оживленной дороги. Пешком добраться до пляжа очень сложно, улицы поселка практически не имеют аллей для пешеходов.
