    Really great location

    The property was nice and spacious. It was in a really good location, walkable within 15 minutes to everything. The aircon came in handy for the hotter days when getting ready and even some of the evenings. The property had straighteners and curling tongs as a bonus, however I did purchase a hairdryer as mine did not work from the UK, so I left the new hairdryer for the next guests who may have the problem I did :) The water was warm and the bathroom was pleasant. The staff were always available on the chat box and were very helpful. Check in on the tablet was easy to navigate and had no problems checking in.

    The only thing we struggled with was the beds, they were too hard. But that just could be the way people in Japan like the beds, we still managed to sleep.

    I like the location but I would inform the owner to check the cleaning of the apartment before you rent it again.

    That was close to Shinsaibashi shopping area 15 minutes walking. The response on WhatsApp messages was quick and efficient.

    Very dirty, as soon I enter the apartment the lamps in the ceiling were full of dust also the remote control of the bidet didn’t function (batteries wrong inserted), they have clocks in the apartment that don’t function. The bathroom has rusted in some places. We didn’t have enough clean towels or toilet paper. We had to ask for this also. We understood that the cleaning etc is done by an external company, but there should be more regular checks by the owners

    第一次入住体验最好，后面的也勉强接受，希望卫生方面要加强，总体还是很推荐的，下次也还会优先考虑入住的名宿

    地理位置不错，离地铁近，离日本桥心斋桥都很近，房间也宽敞，性价比也很高

    卫生方面需要加强，因为我们带孩子还是蛮注重的，第一次入住体验最好

    My family and I had a great stay at this apartment. It had everything we needed, from kitchen to laundry stuff. The balcony was perfect for drying clothes overnight, the beds were okay, and the neighborhood was very quiet at night with just a few crows in the morning. It's close to Matsuyamachi Station and a 20 minute walk to Dotonbori. Adding a broom and dustpan for quick cleanups would be very helpful. We would gladly stay here again.
