    Broken stuff in apartment and dreadful experience

    Location

    Balcony door in bedroom could not be closed. Was windy first night and noise from cars. Which in reviews can be seen it is left broken for long time. They did not wanted to fix during my stay, only until I said I want discount or apartment change, someone came to close it but i could not open it till stay, guy said ge could come to try fix another time like no had enough of exchange with them. They should not rent it if window doir cant be closed. In winter good luck. They are cheap, not enough toilet paper and other stuff inside. They are able to bring one for couple days stay. That broom mentioned in previous reviews still broken. Hair dryer broken too, found out when i really needed it. They dont seem to care about apartment and attitude when mentioning issue, stuff was deeply rude. As I had enough already too, requested them to change hair dryer, which they brought but for me late anyway. I needed prolong my stay in Bratislava but I would have to pay double that day so decided I stay 3 more days in this rather. Attitude was why did you prolong when you complained. Very low key behaviour. Also was unlucky above apartment is booking too. People where throwing stuff there and screaming whole night and day, so 2 nights of stay where worse. So instead of pieceful stay to relax I got dreadful email exchanges, bad attitude, wasted time for this not cheap apartment.

    Ik werd op de 1e avond van aankomst gebeld terwijl ik met vrienden en familie aan het eten was in een restaurant om mete

    Er was maar 1 wijnglas en verder ook geen theepot of zoals ik eerder had meegemaakt in een appartement van Park Tower 1 een broodrooster.
