    Neglected Property,wasted stay!!

    The view was good but I feel you can get the same view from many other better villas/hotels.

    Extremely disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property to anyone. We informed the caretaker nearly 30 minutes in advance and still were left waiting for over 40 minutes while being told he was "on the way." Once we finally got access, the problems kept piling up. Basic amenities didn't work, lights were faulty, the RO system was out of order, the kettle was unusable, and even the bathroom faucets leaked. When we asked for something as basic as drinking water, it took2 to 3 hours to be provided. Our calls to the owner were ignored. It felt like once they had payment, the guests' comfort no longer mattered. Save yourself the frustration and book elsewhere. There are far better places where guests are respected and basic amenities are actually maintained.
