I won’t come back due to the smell and no hot water. But the staff is helpful.

Location and the staff is very helpful to let us store our luggage’s in the properly for a few hours after we checked out. That was very nice!

Smoke smell and no hot water for showers . We had to shower with cold water. Room has a “no smoke “ sign, but the smoke smell is very strong.

    Disappointed

    Location was good

We were moved from Sky Suite to Vortex due to a reported water leak, but the apartment was poorly maintained, with broken and worn-out furnishings, a bed spring sticking out and small insects inside. The biggest issue was the unexpected charges of 10% service fee and RM100 cleaning fee, on top of a RM300 deposit, which were only demanded on the day, with staff insisting payment was compulsory. Very disappointing experience, with poor accommodation and a lack of transparency over charges.

Owner simply offer different apartment/location saying this place no longer available for homestay activity. Then why use these photo as advertisement?

Nossa estadia no Sky Suites KLCC superou as expectativas!
