A great site to see Nairobi.
The team were really helpful and the location was great. The flat had everything we needed for a short visit and was quite well furnished.

I would not recommend this place.
The rooms were big and each room had an ensuite. A nice lady (Brenda) met us at the apartment and showed us around. She gave us her number and we communicated with her about different things during our stay. We found her to be quite responsive and helpful. The location was good as we were able to walk to eateries and get to the city relatively easily.
Dirty bathrooms - no hot water in one of them, dated décor, poor lighting in some areas (my room faced out into a corridor and could see people coming in and out - hopefully they could not see me?), cockroaches!, poor communication with the actual owner about late check out, which led to our having to pay an extra $84 (literally on the spot). Some of the appliance could not be used as they could not be plugged in. They also said breakfast was included, there was no breakfast. There was a power outage that meant that we had to walk up 16 flights of stairs (not fun)!.

The time for Check in was not as pet the communication. The main bed needs adjustment at the head
