Price was higher than larger, nicer apartments nearby, basic services were definitely lacking

    Location

There were many standard items that were were inferior...kitchen towels and paper towels not provided, coffee not provided, sugar not provided, bath towels very old and ragged, reading light none, hot water was only lukewarm, showers were very very cold. Apartment was advertised as a 1BR unit, but was actually a very small studio. Owner did not provide any procedural details regarding check-in, and there was no information inside the unit, ie wi-fi, pass code for unit entry.
