Amazing location with an unbeatable view.
Very close to the centre of Athens, museums, mini markets and food places within walking distance. Very well maintained and some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets you could ask for. With it being the only hotel/place to stay in the building and the rest of the floors being taken up by law offices, you feel like you have the entire building to yourself. We stayed for a week and I saw 1 other person in the building.
The only slight thing id mention would be lack of glasses. But these are cheap to buy in local markets and I can imagine may get broken by other guests as there is ample supply of cutlery, plates and cups etc.

Our stay was a few months ago and was not good, but we’ve been told all issues have been resolved with a new cleaning an
We stayed for our 30th wedding anniversary, we had high expectations of the apartment sadly only a few things were good, it was in a great location, was spacious, beautiful views from outside.
Arrived hot tub overflowing and sides broken, windows were filthy (selling point of the apartment was the views) kitchen tap broken and toilet seat loose, shower screen hadn’t been cleaned. Dirty sponges in the cupboard (no clean ones) dust everywhere. Hot tub was dirty with sand/muck at the bottom with bits floating in it, obviously not been emptied and cleaned like we were told it would be, unable to use because of this and chemicals were never checked. Only thing clean thankfully was the bedding and towels. Wanted agent or owner to see the state of the place, that we had paid a lot of money for, owner isn’t local and agent out of the country. We don’t think the apartment is ever checked by either. Agent did send a cleaner and a maintenance person over (didn’t speak any English) who turned a tap off on the hot tub that had been left on by the cleaner, never tested the levels or added more chemicals. Cleaner took out a dirty cloth and wiped the sides, asked about the windows she didn’t know what I meant, after the hot tub tap was turned off he tried to mend kitchen tap and did tighten toilet seat, they then left leaving everything else. (I went and bought some cloths and cleaner and cleaned everything myself as we couldn’t stay in there like it was) Agent became very rude to us, we did take lots of pictures and sent them as we felt the owner needed to see (don’t think she passed them on to the owner) as we feel he would have personally been apologetic to us, and offered far more compensation than 100 euros This was apparently being picky, we just wanted photographic proof of the issues. The apartment ruined our special anniversary, we ended up with 30% compensation which we had to ask for, tbh this was an insult. But as I said everything should be sorted now and if so it will be an amazing place to stay.
