    Perfect place for a mid week get away

    Love the location. Close to everything in that little town.. loved how very well manicured the lawn was kept. The little bird houses all over the place... love the rooms that are facing the lake... can't beat that view... you're facing east so if you get up early, you'll get the sunrise over the lake!! It's close to a safeway, dollar tree, dollar general, renee's cafe, which is a lot better than the one across the street.. ten times better... anyway.. back to the hotel.. theres plenty of parking and the beds are comfortable and the pool is a little small but the deep end is 8 feet deep...

    There was a garbage can outside of our room, on the lake side that was full when we got there. There were ashes in the bbq grill from somebody grilling there... if i wanted to use that, i had to clean that out.. but to dump it out in a garbage can that was full was a deterrent.... that garbage can stayed full, unemptied the entire 2 night stay we were there... it was mid week, check in weds and check out friday so it wasn't busy... not sure why it wasnt cleaned out... other than that, the place was a dream..

    The setting is like a park giant trees, lake. It was beautiful.

    I loved everything about the property. It was phenomenal, so many fun activities for kids and families!

    The mattress seemed a little bit old and not as comfortable as it could’ve been.
