    ゆっくり自分らしく過ごせた

    ロケーションが良く、行きたいお店のほとんどが徒歩圏にあり楽しく過ごせました。 ラナイからアラワイ運河を眺めるのが好きでした。

    掃除やベッドメーキングについて事前に説明が無く、タイミングを逃し滞在時一度も掃除やベッドメーキングをしてもらえなかった。

    The emplacement is good but it was dirty inside. We saw lots of hair in the bed and in the bathroom. It was smelling pretty bad because we were beside the garbages. We only have 2 towels despite we were a group of four. I sent 3 messages without response. I think for the price it is way below standard.

    Relatively Pleasant once some of the issues were resolved.

    Once check in issues were resolved, relatively OK. Front Desk staff were very helpful. Relative closeness to main shopping areas and beach.

    Challenges at check-in as it was not clear if this was an AirBnB or Direct Booking thru Bookings.com. Very dated room. Parking Fees were beyond excessive.
