    Location - great. Property - not worth it.

    The location was excellent.

    The place was not very clean, the kitchen was less than suitable, with only one ratty frying pan and two tiny saucepans. The windows were filthy, neither of the fans worked in the two bathrooms, the cleanliness of the bathrooms were substandard (staining, peeling paint, loose tiles that water was getting under), the design of the showers in both bathrooms meant a LOT of water egressed from the shower, so we had perpetually soaked bathmats. Locks were broken on the windows (not a huge issue at 23 storeys up). We would absolutely not stay there again. The cost of the place wasn't worth the value of the property. Especially when it was comparable in price to other places we've stayed at in the past.

    Great place terribly managed!

    The accommodation as a stand alone component of our trip was great

    The company that manages this property is far from organised. We experienced a situation that could not be resolved and needed to get alternative accommodation for our first night. It has taken the best part of a month to get a response and resolution for this. I have had to make multiple calls and emails to get this resolved. The management company is virtually impossible to contact, especially if there is an issue

    Second set of keys not at property as promised, needed for first night, no one responded to my requests for keys for 24 hours, too late. Neither bathroom exhaust fans working ,

    Lovely comfortable apartment so close to everything you will need. Terrific views too! We will come back again.

    Very comfortable place to stay. Handy to trams and Southern Cross station. And a car park!

    Needs a little maintenance, the fan in bathroom and the door stop on back of door.

    Good location. Very noisy from the trains .Could make it more accomodating for guests

    Air conditioning not working . Key fob intermittent some times unable to get to floor. Offer a coffee machine with no pods. For the price elsewhere in Melbourne they have been included. Spa no working only 2 jets.
