    Rooftop pool, spacious rooms, lovely staff

    Excellent rooms, well located, staff friendliness and flexibility to changes, rooftop pool/ squash/gym,

    Inconsiderate fellow guests making a nuisance of themselves in the pool area - loud music, overloud conversation. Breakfast was average.

    Newly decorated nice rooms but that’s it

    Clean newly decorated rooms and bathrooms, sofa-tv room, kitchen facilities, guest toilet etc. Supermarket at ground floor was very convenient. Chocolate bar at ground floor was nice. Uber pick up and drop off was inside the building at reception area which was very convenient.

    Staff was due to some reason unhappy. And they made every possible effort to make the guests feel that. Breakfast was horrible terrible probably one of the worst l’ve ever seen. Muffins and flapjack only, and a few bananas. Where is the breakfast really?

    Excellent Stay

    Everything. Location, a restaurant, a mini grocery store, and a coffee shop all on site. Spacious clean apartments and helpful staff.

    We had cigarette smoke sip through the bathroom vents but we were moved to another apartment.

    An amazing experience which makes me want to return!

    The staff, food, the location, the amenities, and environment was very spectacular!

    There’s not many negatives but my least favourite thing would be the noise at night which is understandable due to the location of the property.
