客室に虫の死骸があり、髪の毛も落ちていた。水回りやベットは清潔だったが、客室にあるスタンドライトは故障していた。

初めての高原ホテル
景色、環境等ロケーションは最高です。部屋も広くて落ち着きがありましたが照明をもう少し明るくするといいと感じました。星空はとても綺麗でしたが施設の明かりがありでぼんやりでした。エアコンが殆ど使えなく不便でした。冷蔵庫のビール値段と自販機の値段に大きな差があり不思議でした。

いい設備
やや古い感じは否めないが、部屋も広く居心地いい。大浴場やレストランは、かなり密な感じになるのが残念。特に問題ありませんが、この規模のホテル、料金にしては、到着時の出迎え、駐車場案内や荷物の受け取りなどのサービスはまったくありません。
