    Phänomenaler Ausblick

    Die Wohnung ist in einer eher hochwertigeren Wohngegend gelegen. Das Wohnhaus hat einen Concierge, er spricht aber kein Englisch. Ein dazugehöriger Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gehört dazu. 👍 Bitte unbedingt abwarten, welcher Tiefgaragenplatz zugewiesen wird. Es ist etwas knifflig zu finden, da es viele Tiefgaragen mit verschiedenen Zugängen gibt. Alle auf der Rückseite des Hauses. Bloß nicht versehentlich in die falsche fahren. Ist uns passiert und es war etwas abenteuerlich da wieder raus zu kommen.😅 Die Wohnung bietet einen phänomenalen Blick über die Stadt. 🤩 Die Wohnung hat eine Klimaanlage und die ist auch notwendig, da es im Sommer drinnen sehr heiß werden kann. Ein Supermarkt ist direkt 2 Minuten entfernt. Zwei U-Bahn-Stationen sind auch in der Nähe und man ist super schnell im Zentrum.

    Bei der Ausstattung hätten wir uns noch ein paar mehr Küchen-Utensilien gewünscht und vielleicht eine gemütlichere Sitzgelegenheit auf dem Balkon. Das Schwimmbad im Erdgeschoss kann genutzt werden. Aber eine Schwimmhaube ist obligat. Leider konnte es wohl doch nicht 24/7 genutzt werden, da ab 22:00 Uhr das Licht nicht mehr anging und auch kein Duschwasser mehr.

    Communication was excellent throughout, views are great and very secure location.

    Maybe information on accessing the pool could be including in booking information - I may have missed this though!
