Communicative host. Relatively good value. Could be great with some improvements

Nice place to stay from which to visit Smokey mountains The host was communicative

There was no shower gel in the bathrooms which I didn’t quite understand. In whole house rentals there are usually basic things like shower gel provided. Really hard in a place like Knoxville to go you and get some given stores close so early. Thought the bedsheets could be a bit cleaner. Didn’t smell fresh. The check out chores including having to take off the bedsheets and putting it near the laundry was a bit excessive in my opinion.

Clean and quiet, this modern townhouse was perfect for our Big Ears Festival weekend.

22 minutes to downtown. A bit long, but most is highway.
