    non ho mai soggiornato presso di loro, si sono resi irreperibili

    è una truffa, al momento del check in hanno inviato una mail con un numero di cellulare dove hanno detto che non avremmo avuto la casa a causa di problemi tecnici. eravamo in 10 con 2 minori, siamo rimasti ore sotto al palazzo al civico indicato! già il mese precedente ci avevano inviato una mail non ufficiale in cui ci chiedevano di pagare in maniera anticipata la struttura , E? UNA TRUFFA, SONO DEI TRUFFATORI hanno rischiato di lasciarci senza tetto in una città a noi sconosciuta!!

    SONO TRUFFATORI anche le altre strutture che ci hanno proposto do po il check in erano fasulle

    The landlord is deceptive; he sends you to a different, smaller, and cheaper property, claiming there are insects in the original one. He communicates with you via WhatsApp to avoid using the Booking platform.

    Stay away, bed bugs!

    Unfortunately, our stay was a nightmare. We discovered a severe bed bug infestation throughout the apartment. There were dozens of bed bugs in all of the rooms, crawling in the beds and on the sofas in the living room. And there was mold in one of the beds. We had to leave the apartment in the middle of the night with two children and arrange a hotel. The problems did not end there. After returning home, we spent many hours washing, freezing, steaming and inspecting all our clothes, luggage and belongings to prevent bringing bed bugs into our house. An extremely unpleasant experience and absolutely unacceptable for an accommodation. Based on our experience, we strongly recommend avoiding this property!
