    Great and tidy base for a group break in the area.

    Great location for exploring Lymington, the New Forest and the nearby coast. Property was clean on arrival and communication ahead of booking date was good.

    Proximity to Waitrose over the road is a plus, however it does mean there is a bit of traffic and associated noise from the road.

    They allowed us to stay a couple more hours after check out time for free which helped with our departure pack up after late previous night.

    When we arrived we had no water for almost three hours in one flat but they did arrive and sort. The downstairs flat has quite a precarious spiral staircase. The downstairs flat bed sheets all smelt strongly of something. It was like a strong damp smell. Whilst I knew the property had no parking it was difficult over a busy weekend period to find parking as you can only park in Waitrose opposite for two hours and they are strict. The upstairs flat was light and airy and we all gathered in there as found the bottom flat quite dark and no views.
