Extremely disappointing experience. We booked this hotel almost a month in advance, expecting that our reservation would be respected and that we would be given a reasonably acceptable room. Instead, upon arrival, we were given an exceptionally small room with a window facing directly onto a wall of an outside structure. The room felt completely unacceptable, especially considering that we had made our reservation well in advance. We immediately asked if we could change to a different room, but our request was simply declined. What made the situation even more frustrating was that it was only 3 p.m. and check-in had just begun, so there appeared to be no reasonable explanation for refusing to accommodate our request. The room and the way our request was handled left us with no choice but to leave without staying at the hotel. Based on this experience, we would not consider booking this hotel again.

    Staff, room.
