    Avoid this hotel

    Avoid This Hotel I strongly recommend avoiding this Sleep Inn. My experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I arrived. The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and looked nothing like the photographs advertised online. The conditions were so unacceptable that I decided not to stay and requested a refund. After requesting the refund, I discovered three separate charges on my bank account that I did not authorize. When I contacted the hotel for an explanation, the employee I spoke with, Armani, was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Although I remained calm, she hung up on me and refused to answer my questions. The combination of the poor room conditions, misleading advertising, unauthorized charges, and disrespectful customer service made this an unacceptable experience. I would not recommend staying here, and I strongly advise others to choose a different hotel.
