Blond manager threatens to kick me and my son out bc I needed change to do laundry.
Got back from baseball with my son. Did laundry. Asked the lady for 2 dollars in change (keep in mind the lady 10 min before said she had coins for me) to finished my laundry she said she had change but couldn’t give it to me because they needed it. And told me she was manager. When I simply said you are the manager and you can’t give me 2dollar. She flipped out on me. Told me they don’t offer refunds and that she would kick me out. I couldn’t do anything because it was 11pm and the manager of the place is threatening me to kick me out. So had to wake my son up and go accross the street to get coins. Manager is a younger blond female that has an ego so big for no reason. Threading a customer to kick out bc he needs change for laundry (bc their machine for card doesn’t work) is wild. . I explained to her I had attitude bc she wanted me to wake my 9 year old up at 11pm to go to the store across the street to get coins. She didn’t care what so ever. Clearly she is young doesn’t have kids and should not be put in any leadership position. Her customer skills are very very bad!

Quiet and comfy but had to wait to check in because no one was at the front desk when we arrived.
Quiet and comfortable stay.
There was no one at the front desk when we checked in. We had to wait 25 minutes. We arrived at 3:10 pm and check in was at 3 pm. We were not able to get into our room until 3:40 ish.

Bon pour 1 nuit.....
La réception agréable. Petit déjeuner correct. Lit confortable.
Le ménage moyen. Manque de linge. Bruyant, des camions 🚚 garés à notre fenêtre ( nous souhaitions 1 chambre au calme.....)
