    The price seemed reasonable, but the room and the overall stay did NOT pay off. Would NOT recommend.

    Breakfast, price.

    Staff was difficult at best and rude at worst. Rooms were very small, very little walking room both beds against wall with small nightstand between, that's how small. There was no table for eating or playing games in the room. The bathroom was poorly lit, had holes in the wall, the shower was below basic, no body wash, just a bar of soap that dried your skin out terribly. Also, we requested connecting rooms because we were traveling with our 4 children (meaning 2 rooms, but with kids). They did NOT accommodate and put them across the hall from us, and they had to put us on the top floor to even have them near one another. They then proceeded to tell us that that floor was a kid free quiet floor and to make sure we kept our kids extra quiet. We BOOKED with children on the reservation over a month in advance. This should not have been our problem. The front desk on Sunday was extra rude to us and other guests we observed in the lobby.

    The cleanest hotel in which I've ever stayed and definitely the best Sleep Inn in which I've stayed

    Checkin--super friendly associate! VERY clean hotel with comfy beds and a good breakfast. Good location, too... convenient to Colonial Williamsburg, but tucked away on a quiet street.
