    Polished Gem. Ticking amongst other hotels that should shine brighter then most.

    The enthusiastic staff that made check in and finding meals very pleasant. Full of information and advice. The room was super clean and fully stocked. The water in the shower was warm and great after a long drive.

    The breakfast. But I think most people just prefer home made food. There is a decent selection besides not being custom made

    Not worth the price.

    The location was ok…

    The bed was so soft I ended up with back pain… carpet was dirty, the bathroom door didn’t close AT ALL. And I think the worst was seeing the person making the breakfast IN THE MICROWAVE in front of everyone. If I wanted microwave breakfast I could just go to McDonald’s. Honestly. I would NOT recommend this hotel. I don’t know why people say it’s a good place. It’s not.
