    Check-in time said 3. We arrived 3:11 to check in and they gave us keys to a room that was not clean. Went back to desk

    Nice area and conveniently located

    Check-in time said 3. We arrived 3:11 to check in and they gave us keys to a room that was not clean. Went back to desk and told them and we were told to give them 20 minutes. Waited 45 min to an hour in the lobby and no one came to update us or anything. We went back up to room and it had not even been touched. After going back down and my friend getting mad with the people at the desk they finally gave us keys to a different room. We will not be coming back

    Every time we stay at Sleep Inn it is always very clean and fresh and the beds are always comfortable
