    I always stay their because of how friendly and welcoming staff

    They were very friendly and helped with every need that my family. They were very understanding of our situation and did everything to meet our needs especially the manager!

    The pool

    I arrived at 5 desk clerk was not friendly. She was taking a personal call and asked me to have a seat while my confirmation came through, which I already had. I stood to show her my confirmation. I could tell this made her mad. She never smiled and did not great me. She then told my card did not go through, I believe she called security on me while I sat on my computer to see why my card would not go through. He walked in as I walked out? My daughter was in the hospital, this stay did not help our situation. Did not leave a negative review, although I should.
