    Great place except for the polyester sheets.☹️

    Perfect location, comfortable mattress, clean bathroom, air conditioning, friendly staff.

    The sheets were a polyester blend and you had to run the air or you wake up sweating. That was really disappointing. They should buy cotton sheets, such a big deal for a comfortable sleep.

    SUCH a great hotel from A to Z!!! 👏👏👏👏👏🏆🏆🏆🏆

    This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Nate was ABSOLUTELY amazing! So friendly and helpful. The lobby was warm & inviting. Loved the Halloween theme, even the music! So fun! Our room was huge and at the same time cozy. I had to catch a early flight & the airport is only about a mile away. Which made our 5am ride very convenient. They had a "to go" breakfast bag for me and my husband was able to go back with our furbaby & have a delicious warm breakfast & rest until check out at 11. So grateful that we now have THE BEST hotel to stay in when we visit Spokane!! Thank you guys so much!! Will be back again soon!!♥️♥️♥️🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍🐶🐶🐶

    I’d stay there again.

    The room was great -319, but 317 was up all night and kept us from getting much sleep

    We should have called the front desk but never did
