It got the job done. Place to sleep on our short stay, good price
The breakfast was decent! Lots of options. Hot tub was great. Our staff the second night was great, bed super comfy.
Check in was very difficult. For some reason our card declined our original reservation . After WE realized what the issue was (no thanks to our check in staff) we realized the zip codes didnt line up between reservation and card number. We ended up having to make an entirely new reservation and ended up paying a bit more because of it. Super frustrating after flying in from out of state, tired and ready to relax. The entire hotel reaked of cigarettes and weed. The rooms were hot and humid upon arrival but once we turned on the air it was better. Our sink in our room was missing an attachment causing the water pressure to shoot out aggressive all over the place. We also didnt love the times the hot tub was open. It didnt open until 10am which is late compared to almost all hotels whom open at 6am. We couldn't enjoy it the morning before our check out/ flight like we planned. We also couldn't enjoy it in the evening because it closed too early. Because its sunny and hot during the day we wanted to utilize it during nighttime/early morning hours but weren't able to do so like we hoped. Also there was a very inappropriate guest walking around the hotel wearing lingerie, clearly trying to "service people".

Las alfombras, se ve que está limpia pero está manchada. Creo que los huéspedes pueden ser más consientes. Porque la Limpieza se nota en cada rincon. Está muy bonito el hotel.
