  Grandma time

  The staff are very friendly and the location is located around shopping, dining, theater, golfing, and casino. Rates are reasonable and the facility is well maintained and comfortable!

  Had to leave for to a complaint about my daughters I called and informed them that I had autistic daughters and even at check in said it again I hosted a 2 hour bday party was charged 60 extra out of my 100 deposit stating that even after I told them we were swimming for 30 minutes mind you it was 5 kids and 2 adults that swam the hotel was not fully booked and there were no other guest even in the pool at 530 pm 615 I get a complaint that the room under us is upset my question is why put people under us knowing I had a small party for 2 hours and I had to cut it short to take my daughters out of the room I called ahead even charging me 60 for people to swim cause it was an inconvenience to your hotel when there was hardly anyone booked is wild everyone bright their own towels even the morning staff was impolite when I called to let them know I know I got charged 60 for the complaint and not the pool so they can just cut the crap on that especially since a soccer team of kids came in at 9pm making noise all night without any issue my children and I didn't deserve to miss out on my son's small party because they made minimal noise don't bring your kids especially if they are special needs children the beds are uncomfortable covered with plastic and as I left at 6am this morning there were guest complaint about food poisoning and rotten juice

  Moldy, Musty Rooms & Cleanliness Concerns

  We rented two rooms and both rooms had mold on the curtains and had a very musty smell with wallpaper peeling and signs of moisture. The breakfast was mediocre at best and had an ant crawling in the cereal coming out of the dispenser. The hot tub had very dark water and a sandy substance on the bottom of it indicating it had not been cleaned in a long time. The exterior of the property had weeds growing everywhere.
