Comfortable but a couple of glitches made the experience less than what we expected for the money.
Breakfast was ok. Plenty of room in the dining area. Front desk staff were nice but there was no follow up to our concerns. Room was comfortable.
We had a soiled hand towel that we brought to the attention of the front desk. They said they would let housekeeping know and they apologized. We did not need room service but asked housekeeping for a couple of clean towels. When we returned that evening our room was open - the security latch was propping the door open. Again - the front desk apologized and said the manager would call us - still waiting for the call. They said they could not make an adjustment on the room since we had booked throught Booking.com.
