    It was disappointing due to the rude clerk when I checked in. Than I was unable to take a hot bath after a long drive.

    Location & excellent breakfast

    The check in clerk was rude. The pool looked big in the pictures on line but was exceptionally small. When I checked in I asked clerk to make sure it was a bathtub room as I really wanted to soak my sore body, after getting in the tub the plug to bottom of the tub was broken. I stayed at the Norton location couple days prior and was an excellent welcoming clerk, & excellent room. So I thought I would stay again in this hotel chain.

    Room was very clean and updated. Plenty of towels and comfortable bed.

    Water pressure was low in shower. Toilet seat cracked!
