    Very comfortable, thank you.

    Wonderful location, if a little difficult to find (my fault, I hadn’t worked out how to use the Booking.com messaging service).

    I liked everything.

    A wonderful very special experience

    The horse who was so sweet looking through the window and was well behaved. The stable yard was very tidy, with lots of horses to see coming and going.

    Really cute little spot!

    The accommodation itself is lovely! Bed is super comfy! Little kitchen is great. Horse is so cute. Its a beautiful little stay.

    Was a little hard to locate, especially in the dark. Then finding the actual door once on site was difficult. Noise from upstairs just walking around was a little much.

    Séjour atypique, calme total, 5min d’Exeter en voiture. C’était vraiment dépaysant et confortable. la salle de bains était très spacieuse!

    Really pleasant stay and quite unique

    This property is unique in a wonderful way! Waking up with a real horse as our neighbour was delightufl The property itself was cosey, well furnished and clean Perfect location for onwards travel to Cornwall

    No extractor fan so slight issue when cooking breakfast but nothing major
