    Exceeded all my expectations

After a dreadful train journey from Edinburgh we decided to accept Fiona's (property owner) offer to upgraded our booking from 2 single rooms to her self contained apartment a few minutes away. The two bedroomed apartment (Number 4) was bright, airy, quiet, spacious and very comfortable. Above all, the mattresses were super comfortable and I slept like a log every night. Fiona was an excellent host, so very helpful I will definitely be back. Thank you

    Everything exceeded my expectations.

    Wonder(wall)ful...

SleepNeat is a little gem and proper home from home. It greatly exceeded our expectations. Situated in a quiet residential area yet just over a mile from Ascot racecourse it was ideal for our stay. We were visiting Royal Ascot for the first time and combined that with a visit the previous evening to Windsor races (an Oasis tribute band were performing after the races which was a welcome bonus). The room was quiet and spacious and had tastefully co-ordinated themed decor throughout. There was a large screen tv with Sky, fridge, microwave and a good-sized en-suite with power shower. Fiona was a very friendly host. I would highly recommend and would certainly like to think we will return.

Entry to the property was made very simple, and very welcoming. There was no deadline to arrive by, it was all very relaxed and pleasing!
