    Very dissapointing

    Terassenaussicht war schön.

    Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was in an unacceptable and unhygienic condition. There was rubbish left behind by previous guests throughout the apartment, the balcony was full of trash, and the tables, chairs and shelves were covered in dust. There was also a very unpleasant smell, and there were cockroaches throughout the apartment. The mattresses smelled extremely bad, and the beds and bed linen were dirty. The kitchen table was dusty, and the overall cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. There were also numerous other problems during our stay. Neither of the two showers had hot water. One of the showers was constantly clogged, while the upstairs sink was blocked and we had to unclog it ourselves. The tap also had almost no water pressure. The elevator was extremely slow and became unbearably hot. One of our colleagues nearly became dehydrated because of the extreme heat inside the elevator. Due to all these problems, we decided to leave the apartment several days before the end of our stay and move to another hotel. Overall, this was not just a case of a few minor inconveniences. The basic hygiene, cleanliness and condition of the apartment were completely unacceptable. We are extremely dissatisfied with our experience. We would absolutely not recommend this apartment to anyone.

    Spacious apartment with a wonderful rooftop terrace

    A large apartment with a lovely rooftop terrace. It had everything we needed. It took us a little while to figure out how to turn on the hot water, and the sliding doors in the bathroom really aren’t the most practical… But we had a great time. The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the apartment was fully equipped—we especially appreciated the power adapters.

    The elevator wasn't working; it would have been nice to have it to carry our luggage upstairs when we arrived
