    Disappointed with lack of Customer Service

    Very spacious room!

    The host was not available. It is necessary to meet the host to pay for City taxes and to get free tickets to the waterfall. The office was difficult to find and know that it was closed. We were told that if the store was closed, then we should bring a certain bell. No one was at that address. We wasted over an hour trying to comply with the directions given to us by the host and the host wasn’t even available at any of the numbers addresses or locations they gave. It was extremely frustrating and interfered with the time we were supposed to spend exploring.

    Mancava il lenzuolo, c'era solo il coprimaterasso, odore stantio dell'appartamento e poca pulizia
