    KLARE WEITEREMPFEHLUNG Klasse Hotel wenn man richtige Zimmerkategorie bucht und komme definitiv wieder.

    - tolle Lage - Auswahl bzgl. Abendessen - Chefin sehr guten Umgang mit den Gästen

    - Logik bzgl. Leistungen (3/4 Pension) und Preisunterschiede bei den div. Zimmerkategorien (ein Teil konnte kompetent direkt vor Ort zu unserer Zufriedenheit geklärt werden) - 4€ pro Flasche für stilles Wasser am Tisch bei Abendessen, obwohl es das gleiche Wasser wie tagsüber ist, welches dann gratis ist, da es sich um Leitungswasser handelt - auf Nachfrage ob man den Platz im Restaurant zukünftig tauschen kann, vorausgesetzt ein anderen Tisch wird aufgrund Abreise frei, wurde vom Servicepersonal eine Gebühr verlangt (überraschte mich extrem, da der Aufwand gleich ist) - Servicepersonal hat noch etwas Luft nach oben, vor allem beim Abendessen, wo ständig von unterschiedlichen Personen gefragt wird, ob der nächste Gang kommen darf, obwohl schon vorab durch Kolleginnen mehrfach gefragt wurde (merken auf hohen Niveau) 😃 Ggf feste Zuteilung von Tisch pro Servicekraft würde Abhilfe schaffen..
