Cockroach infested health hazard
We have stayed at one of the units successfully and my wife has enjoyed her stay each time, until they without warning changed the condo on this visit to a unit that was cockroach and mold infested
The place was literally infested with cockroaches and had a major mold issue on top of it. We also never got approval to switch to this worse renovated unit. I have had so many successful bookings and this was by far the worst experience yet. We had to leave at Midnight after feeling them crawl on us. They were in the kitchen, the living room crawling out of the couch, and crawling out of the cracks in the floor boards in the bedroom area. In just 30 minutes after waking up, we saw more than 20. To make matters worse, the owner charged us 600 pesos for early hidden check in fees ontop and dismissed our concerns when we had to leave the condo. They didnt care and are forcing us to escalate with booking.com. They said that the cleaning person went in and only saw one cockroach. That was their response. Perhaps if they werent negligent and spent 30 min in their own property they would get the luxury of having them crawl on them as they slept. Stay away at all costs. What an unnecessary nightmare.

the area around the building and the supermarket and restuarants were good the security staff and reception were good
