    We had a very unpleasant experience at Smart Duplex. We were communicated the stay details after we reached the owner at 10pm and found the place dirty. There were damages to the floor, sink kitchen and found dead bugs all around the place. We were told that someone will come clean but even after reaching out again, no one showed up. In addition the listing was decieving in related to the accomodations, there is no roo..for more than 5 people to stay. In addition not a safe place for kids. Unfortunately we did not have the time to spend on looking for a different stay

    The host Mariana embodies the spirit of Romanian hospitality and kindness. Staying here will be one of the best choices

    The property presented precisely as the pictures advertised this was wonderful. Coming from Australia it is always nerve wracking but the host Mariana was so lovely and made me and my wife feel very comfortable ❤️ my son loved the massage chair.

    I have absolutely no issues at all. I only have compliments for the property and the friendly and genuinely helpful host. Mariana is a very sincere and kind person. I would recommend to anyone to stay here 🥇

    Bad host and even worse apartment

    Nothing

    Worst apartment I have ever been in. Everything wad dirty, bed was broken. There was bad smell from bathroom. Furniture is old and dirty. Host is very rude.
