Keinen zweiten Besuch wert
Direkt am Hauptbahnhof gelegen, wir konnten schon gegen 12 Uhr einchecken, das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich
Alles in allem einfach nicht gemütlich, kein schöner sitzbereich um die Rezeption herum. Man sieht, dass das Hotel renoviert und modernisiert wurde, aber die Umsetzung ist mehr als schlampig- auf der ersten Blick ok aber beim zweiten Blick sieht man, dass sich zum Beispiel der Türrahmen im Badezimmer in seine Einzelstücke zerlegt, weil wohl ständig das Wasser aus der Dusche an dieser Stelle ausläuft. Die Klimaanlage lies sich nur auf 20grad einstellen, wir haben im Zimmer gefroren und es bedurfte mehrerer Anrufe, dass eine höhere Temperatur vom System freigegeben wurde Was uns aber am meisten gestört hat, war das Frühstück- fensterloser, total ungemütlicher Raum im Keller, keine Brötchen, nur weißes Toast, Kaffeemaschine jeden Morgen entweder ohne Milch oder ohne Wasser und sämtlicher Aufschnitt einfach total lieblos dahin geklatscht. Es waren max. 6 Personen gleichzeitig zum Frühstück, da könnte man für 45€ für 2 Personen schon erwarten, dass das Personal das Rührei mal von sich aus auffüllt und einfach aufmerksamer ist, überarbeiten tut sich hier sicher keiner. Wohl gemerkt, hätte man das Frühstück vor Ort beim Check-in gebucht, hätte es zumindest nur 40€ gekostet, was für die gebotene Leistung immer noch eine Frechheit ist. Ja Mailand ist teuer, aber dieses Hotel war sein Geld nicht wert und verdient in meinen Augen auch absolut keine 4 Sterne
