    Adequate but not Smart or Modern and not up to usual Booking.com international standard

    Adequate for overnight accommodation but not for one week. Owners cooperative and immediately fixed problems with key and large protruding nail in bed headboard.

    Property driveway difficult to access in busy traffic. Steps up to bed inconvenient. Shower doors difficult to open from inside. Old fashioned shower with inadequate water pressure. Difficult to adjust water temperature. Toilet roll holder loose so toilet paper constantly falling to floor. No air conditioning. Electric fan not working. Light over hob and kitchen clock not working. Plaster flaking from wall in kitchen.

    Lovely little place definitely recommend.

    Fantastic little place for a little getaway. it has everything you need. nice and central. short walk to the town centre and to a supermarket.

    just the towels where very old and tacky

    It suited my purposes well enough at a reasonable price. I stayed for more than one week.

    Self-contained unit with all you probably need and parking. Not far from good amenities on Magdalen Road or Heavitree. The owner was helpful in fixing the internet and was always around but not intrusive.

    It wasn’t clear to me (at least) exactly where to park when I arrived. As all spaces have numbers and letters, using those could help. The windows can’t lock slightly open, so given it is on the ground floor and easy enough for anyone to climb in if they wanted I tended to keep them closed in the heat when I was asleep or out during the day. It didn’t feel threatening, but you never know! Not their fault but the cellular reception is terrible. Be aware that there is no cleaning or bedding changes during the stay. I think I was there for 8 or 9 nights. I really don’t mind at all but others might need to be aware.

    In all not too bad was adequate for what we needed

    The location was not too far away from the city centre

    The internet did not work,luckily we brought our own,all white goods in the apartment but no facility to hang washing to dry
