    Отсутствие рецепсии. Оказывается что регистрации на букинге мало, нужно еще регистрироваться в каком то ихнем приложении которое вынудили скачать и установить на телефон. Без регистрации и оплаты парковки через приложение войти в отель нельзя. Пришлось стоять возле отеля на оживленной дороге с включеной аварийкой регистрироваться и оплачивать парковку через приложение. Почему Букинг не указал что есть еще скрытые услуги по регистрации заезда. Паркинг ужасный. Мало того что нужно в лифт заезжать так еще и парковочное помещение маленькое. Большим машинам тяжело парковаться. С балкона вид на стройку, с раннего утра шум строительства. Кондиционер не регулирует температуру. В квартире повсюду вывески АРТ, но это не арт а просто не до конца сделан ремонт, с кривым и не заштукатуренным потолком, с вешалкой для одежды из арматуры которую покрасили.... И почему то за несколько часов до выселения стучат в двери и напоминают что нужно выселиться...
